Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
put the milk and the powder milk and salt inside the bowl and program 5min/37'c/vel4.
put the rennet drops and program 30sec/vel4.
let it rest for 45min inside the bowl, and after put on the basket.
let it drop the liquid and put it on the fridge
after a couple of hours it's ready to eat!
