Bacon Almond Dip



6 portion(s)

  • 200 g bacon. cooked to a crisp
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 125 grams cream cheese
  • tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 120 grams sour cream
  • 1 small spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet chilli sauce
  • 70 grams almonds
  • raw vegetables or assorted crackers, to serve

Recipe's preparation

  1. In TMX bowl, blend bacon and almonds together - 5 seconds at speed 5.

    Blend with all ingredients other ingredients, except vegetables or crackers. 

  2. Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate for about one hour. 

    Serve with raw vegetables or assorted crackers.
