Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Recipe's preparation

1. Add onion to TM jug with olive oil and sautee for 3 minutes / 120 degrees / speed 1
2. Add flour and milk and cook 5 minutes / 100 degrees / speed 4
3. Meanwhile place spinach in colander and pour over a kettle full of boiling water until the leaves have wilted. Squeeze out excess water
4. Add cream and wilted spinach to TM jug and cook for 4 minutes / 80 degrees /speed 1
