- 20 grams fresh root ginger
- 100 grams Dark Soya sauce
- 100 grams water
- 80 grams Brown sugar
- 15 grams sesame oil
- 15 grams Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp cornflour, Disolved in 2 tbsp of water
- 30 grams sesame seeds

- 1,- Place the ginger in "Closed lid" and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Crape down the sides with the spatula.
2,- add all the rest of the ingredients to the "Closed lid" and cook 10 min/100 c/speed 1. Use to marinate and cook the meat of your choice and sprinkle with the sesame seeds
