    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add the butter, onion and garlic to the bowl, chop 3 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl then cook 3mins/100/speed 1

    2. Place mushrooms in the bowl, chop 4 seconds/speed 5, scrape down then cook 5mins/100/speed 1

    3. Place cream cheese, salt and tarragon leaves in the bowl. Chop 8 seconds/speed 7. Add more salt to taste then place in jar and allow to cool before serving.
