Goats Cheese



100 g

  • 1 litre goat's milk
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Heat Milk 15 minutes/90C/speed2

  2. Add lemon juice. Gently stir a few times with the spatula.

  3. Let it sit for 3 minutes then pour into the cloth sitting in the Simmering Basket

  4. Let it drain for 1 minute then wrap up the cloth and gently squeeze out some of the liquid with the spatula. Let it continue to drain for up to 1 hour. Moist is creamy, dry is crumbly.

  5. Mix with salt in a bowl and press into a small ramekin.

  6. Top with Olive Oil and chill.


Accessories you need



You can mix chopped herbs like basil or sage or spice it up with some pepper or chilli.

If you are having a party or jus can't get enogh goat's cheese then just double the quantities, but use the same times.

Serve with buscuits or spread on toast instead of butter. You can also add some to a salad, pasta dish or when making pizza.

Yum!!!  And don't the kids love it ... I mean the children.
