  • 120 g water
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 300g g granulated sugar

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place cranberries and water into bowl.
    Heat for 6 minutes, 80degC, speed 1, reverse function.Closed lidCounter-clockwise operation
  2. Place cranberries in a sieve and squeeze out all the pulp.
  3. Put the pulp back into the bowl. Add the butter, sugar and eggs.
    Mix 10 seconds, speed 6.Closed lid
  4. Scrape the sides of the bowl and cook for 6 minutes, 80degC, speed 4.Closed lid
  5. Immediately pour into sterilised jars.
  6. Allow to cool and place into fridge.
    Meilleur keep for 3 weeks.
