- 60g dried tomatoes
- 30g sea salt
- 1tbsp celery salt
- 3 tbsp basil
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 2tbps Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onions (granuls)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 heaped teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable powder

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Add dried tomatoes to TM bowl. Blitz 20sec/ speed 10.
Add all other ingredients and blitz 20sec / speed 9.
(If you prefer the herbs (Basil and Oregano) chunkier than mix in after blitzing.
Some tomatoes are slightly more 'wet' than others. You can leave them out for 1-2 days before using them.
Once mixed store in a glas jar with lid for 4-6months.
HOW TO USE:
For two portions of sauce use 2tbsp of mixture. 180-200g water, 80-100g tomato puree. Heat up or use boiling water. Done.
