Bolognese Sauce
- 150 grams onion, quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 grams celery, cut into chunks
- 150 grams carrots, sliced (1cm thick)
- 1.5 peppers, cut into 2cm pieces
- 200 grams mushrooms, quartered
- 1 red chilli, chopped finely
- 400 grams cherry tomatoes, halved (or 400g chopped tomatoes)
- 1 stock cube (for 0.5 l)
- 1 teaspoons dried oregano
- 0.3 litres water
- 300 grams Quorn mince, or equivalent substitute
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 3 teaspoons tomato puree
- 1 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 pinches black pepper, freshly ground, add more to taste

Recipe's preparation
- Place onions, oil, garlic & celery in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and sauté 10 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add carrots, peppers, mushrooms and chilli and cook 15 min/100°C/

- Add cherry tomatoes, stock powder, oregano, water, Quorn mince, balsamic vinegar, capers, tomato purée, salt & pepper and cook 8 min/100°C//speed .
- Serve with your favourite pasta.
