  • 10g garlic
  • 20g Rice-bran Oil
  • 300g green beans, topped and tailed 3cm pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. 1. Place Garlic in TM bowl and chop for 2-3 seconds on speed 6.

    2. Add oil and saute 2 mins/Varoma/Speed soft

    3. Add beans and salt- 6 mins/Varoma/Reverse/Speed soft

Make sure the green beans have moisture otherwise it'll be very dry
