    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Make Pastry according to Basic Cookbook or 2 Puff Pastry sheets
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees.

     

  2. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  3. Either line the bacon on the bottom of the dish OR chop up first Closed lid 10sec/speed10  (you can alter depending on desired texture). Add to dish

     

  4. Closed lid Add eggs and milk (also salt and pepper to taste) to MB 14sec/speed10. Add to dish.

     

  5. Place puff pastry on top. Glaze with remaining egg mixture OR milk.

     

  6. Cook for 20-30 mins
