- 180 grams onion, 1 large onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 30 grams butter
- 20 grams olive oil
- 400 grams pure cream
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste (EDC)
- 500 grams Prawns, raw peeled

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
1. Put peeled onion and garlic cloves in thermomix and chop on speed 7 for 3 seconds.
2. Scrape down sides. Add butter and oil and saute for 6 minutes varoma
3. Add cream and vegetable stock paste and cook for 3 minutes/varoma/
4. Add prawns and cook for 5 minutes varoma/ or until prawns are cooked
Serve with rice or pasta to make a complete meal.
