Paleo Lamb Burgers

  • 750 grams Grass fed Lamb Mince
  • 65 grams brown onion, Quartered
  • 1 bunch Coriander or Parsley, A Handful
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 heaped tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 level tsp cinnamon
  • 1 level tsp turmeric
  • to taste salt

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Paleo Lamb Burgers
  1. Place quartered onion and herbs in the bowl 3 sec/speed 5 and then scrape down with the spatula.
    Add mince, spices, salt and pepper 15-20 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/ speed 3.[/b]
    Warm up the oil in a large frying pan, while shaping the mixture into 4 good size burgers. When finished, place the burgers in the pan and fry on one side till cooked half way up, then turn over and finish cooking them.
