Rice

  • 400 g White Rice (Rinsed)
  • 900 g water

Ginger Beef

  • 3-4 cm Piece of FRESH Ginger (Peeled)
  • 2 clove fresh garlic
  • 50 g rice wine vinegar
  • 50 g soy sauce or tamari
  • 30 g Oyster Sauce (GF)
  • 20 g Cornflour (GF)
  • 30g olive oil
  • 70-90 g water
  • 500 g Beef strips
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 carrots, (Peeled and sliced)
  • 2 Squash, (Wedged)
  • 1 brown onion, (Wedge Sliced)
  • 1 Large Head of Brocollie, (Cut into Florets)

Recipe's preparation

    Ginger Beef with White Rice
  1. RICE:

    Add water to the TM bowl, Weigh the rice into the steaming basket and rinse. Now cook for 16 minutes | Varoma | Speed 2

    Using the Spatula, Remove the basket and pop the Rice into a Thermoserver.

    GINGER BEEF:

    Rinse the TM Bowl, Now add the Garlic and ginger and Chop for 5 Seconds | Speed 6

    Scrape down the sides of the bowl and weigh in one after the other the - 50g Rice Wine Vinegar, the 50g Soy Sauce, 30g Oyster Sauce, 20g Cornflour and the 30g Olive Oil.

    Mix for 10 Seconds | Speed 4

    Add the Beef and cook for 5 Minutes | 100deg | Counter-clockwise operation | Speed 1

    Now add the Water (70g for a thicker sauce - 90g for a more regular sauce mix) and the Vegetables and cook for 6 Minutes | VAROMA | Counter-clockwise operation | Speed 1

     

    Serve with the rice and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds if you like
