    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Thermomix Lemon Cod with anchovies
  1. Add the water in the Closed lid. Put the varoma in place with the varoma tray. Add the slices of lemons in the tray and on top add the cod. break the anchovy fillets with a fork and distribute on top of the cod. Put the lid on the varoma and program 20 min/varoma/speed 2.

    Once finished put the fish in the plates and drizzle with olive oil and the lemon juice.
