    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Lemon Squid
  1. PREPARATION: If the parsley is fresh, place it in the bowl and chop 5 seconds at speed 7. Remove half and reserve.
    Add the oil and garlic and chop 5 seconds at speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
    Incorporate the squid rings. Saute 10 minutes, temperature varoma, reverve, speed spoon.
    Once this finishes add wine, salt, cayenne, and pepper. Remove the measuring cup and put the basket into the lid and set 18 minutes, temperature varoma, reverse, speed spoon.
    Add the lemon juice and heat 2 minutes, temperature varoma, reverse, speed spoon.
    To serve sprinkle the reserved parsley and serve immediately.
