LCHF Savoury Sardine Snack

Sardine dish

  • 1 package sardines, (drained weight about 84 g)
  • 1 red or brown onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 40 g black olives
  • 40 g tomatoes, (oven dried or fresh)
  • 40 g oil, (olive or avocado)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion, oil, olives, garlic and tomatoes into bowl. Chop for 4 sec/speed 7

  2. Scrape down sides of bowl. Cook for 5 min/100 degrees/speed 1

  3. Add sardines. Combie for 3 sec/speed 3


Accessories you need



Serve this dish on toast for breakfast or add a side salad for a very healthy lunch. You could also stir it through pasta - the savoury flavours would make a lovely sauce.
