Forum Cooking Chocolate

Hi all,

I'm new to Thermomix, having just bought a TM6.
I'm not a great cook by any means, so having the Thermomix will hopefully improve my cooking skills and explore and create new recipes.

So my first question is regarding recipes containing chocolate, and wondered if the type of chocolate to use should be cooking/baking chocolate, or regular "eating" chocolate?
I presume I would just use a good quality 70% plus cocoa or regular milk chocolate, unless the recipe states cooking chocolate?
(Soufflé / Fondants etc)
