I have seen a number of recipes using Sugar Stages. How can I adapt them for use in my TM5

Baked Scallops Recipe
All you need is

  • olive oil
  • 1 pound large sea scallops
  • 1/4 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
  • fresh black pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon, divided
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white wine

We have a recipe from a low GI recipe book which we would like converted to a Thermo recipe. Ideally the thermomix chefs would create a thermomix version of this for official recipes but in the meantime, i was wondering if someone out there would like a go at this and see if you can convert it for thermomix use.

It is in a scan format and I was wondering how to attach it.
