- 500 g strawberries, hulled
- 50 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 250 g plain yoghurt
- 100 g Ice Cubes

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Place strawberries, sugar and ground cardamom in mixing bowl then mix 30 sec/speed 7.
- Add yoghurt and ice then mix 1 min/speed 5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Accessories you need
Cardamom can be substituted for fresh mint.
Frozen strawberries can also be used, just omit the ice cubes.
