  • 240 g white rum
  • 200 g pineapple juice
  • 300 g fresh pineapple, cored, cut in pieces, plus 6 slices with skin for garnish
  • 35 g caster sugar
  • 80 g double cream
  • 80 g coconut cream
  • 250 g Ice Cubes

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place white rum, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple, sugar, cream and coconut cream in mixing bowl then blend 10 sec/speed 8.
  2. Add ice cubes and crush 10 sec/speed 6.
  3. Pour into glasses then garnish with cherries and reserved pineapple slices. Serve immediately.
