place peel only of lemons into TM bowl
add juice of the 4 lemons
throw pith out.
add boiling water, sugar and tartaric acid and cook 10mins 90deg speed 2
strain and bottle in sterilized jars when cool
use as normal cordial
double the recipe for TM5 only..make 2 litres !
may use half half lemon and lime
can also be made using same steps in the TM31
