- 500 g Milk of your choice
- 1.5 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp rapadura or coconut sugar
- 0.5 tsp EITHER cinnamon OR vanilla
Place all ingredients into your Thermomix, then set to 6 mins, 60-70, speed 3. For the last 30 seconds, increase the speed to 8 or 9 to create a lovely creamy layer on top.
