Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- In thermomix bowl, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil at speed
- Reduce heat to 70C and simmer for 10 minutes at speed 2
- Add instant coffee and cocoa and mix at speed 6 for 40 seconds
- Allow to cool then pour into a demijohn or large jar
- When cool, pour in vanilla extract and vodka. Shake well. Pour into clean bottles. Close bottles tightly, and store in a cool dark place

Tip
This is a nice after dinner drink served cool in a shot glass. Also used as an ingredient in many coctails such as the Baby Guinness.
