- 350 grams Organic Macadamia nuts
- 200 grams Organic Shredded Coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 10 grams organic coconut oil
- 30 grams raw cacao powder
- 3-4 medjool dates, Use 4 for a sweeter taste

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl, 1 min speed 10. If necessary, increase time by 30 seconds, until you get a smooth texture.
Place mixture into a square baking tray lined with baking paper, and freeze for about 10 mins or until mixture is firmer enough for you to make 20 squares. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and store in the freezer.
