  • 200g Almonds (unsalted)
  • 10g butter
  • 90g Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 10g water or alternatively amaretto
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar if extract don't use 10g water

Recipe's preparation


    1. Add almonds, butter, brown sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnoman into TM Bowl. Put measuring cup on top and heat 8min /Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/Speed 1.

    2. Add water or Amaretto, careful that you don't add too much liquid.

    3. Put measuring cup on top and heat for another 12min/Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1.


    4. Pour almond mixture onto backing tray and spread out. Then bake in oven at 180 degrees for 15min. Keep spreading them apart every now and then.
