Oreo Cookies and Cream Fudge - ThermoFun

Ingredients

Oreo Cookies and Cream Fudge

  • 400g can condensed milk
  • 200g castor sugar
  • 125g Butter
  • 1 tbsp liquid glucose, (available from supermarkets)
  • 200g white chocolate
  • ½ package Oreo biscuits (seven biscuits), (broken into quarters by hand)

Recipe's preparation

    Oreo Cookies and Cream Fudge
        1. Place chocolate in TM bowl and grate 5 sec / speed 9. Set aside.
        2. Add condensed milk, butter, sugar and glucose and cook 8 mins / 100⁰C / speed 3. Scrape down.
        3. Cook a further 20 mins / Varoma / speed 3 - add an extra 2 mins of cooking time if a more caramelised result is desired.
        4. Add chocolate and biscuits and mix 10 sec / speed 4 / Reverse until all chocolate is melted.
        5. Pour into a lined square or slice tin and refrigerate until set.
        6. Slice into small squares.

    1. Pour a glass of milk in TM bowl and mix 5 sec / speed 8.
    2. Heat milk 5 mins / 80°C / speed 4.
    3. Enjoy warm chocolate milk. No wasted chocolate!
