Caramel Self-Saucing Pudding

  • 60 grams butter
  • 80 grams Brown sugar
  • 120 grams milk
  • 100 grams SR flour, Gluten free also works well


  • 240 grams boiling water
  • 60 grams butter
  • 80 grams Brown sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place butter and sugar in the bowl and cream 15 sec/speed 4

    Add milk and flour and mix for 5 seconds/speed 7

    Pour into a oven proof dish or individual oven proof dishes.

    Prepare sauce by adding water, butter and sugar to mixing bowl and cooking 5 mins/80C/ speed 4.

    Pour sauce over the top of the pudding, using the back of a spoon and being careful not to disturb the pudding.

    Transfer to oven and bake for 35 mins on 180 degrees.

    Serve while hot with icecream or cream if desired.
