- 125 g plain flour
- 25 g sunflower oil, plus extra for frying
- 15 g sugar
- 200 g milk
- 1 egg, large
- 1/2 sprig baking powder
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 7 - 8 fresh strawberries, sliced (1 cm)
- 1 1/2 bananas, sliced (1 cm)
- 2 kiwifruits, sliced (1 cm)
- 2 slices fresh pineapple, sliced (1 cm)
- runny honey, for garnish

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Place flour, oil, sugar, milk, egg, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl then mix 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then mix again 5 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Heat a little oil in a pancake or frying pan over a medium heat.
- Place teaspoons of mixture into pan without spreading. Turn over once bubbles begin to appear on surface of pancake (approx. 20 seconds). Repeat, adding more oil when necessary until all batter is used.
- Assemble skewers, alternating pancakes with different fruit pieces (approx. 4 pancakes per skewer). Serve drizzled with honey, if desired.
