  • 10 pieces Macadamia nuts, raw, unsalted
  • 40 grams quinoa flakes
  • 10 grams Desicated Coconut
  • 90 grams Coconut milk
  • 130 grams water
  • 1 level tsp Vanilla Esscence
  • 1/2 Banana ripe Sliced

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut Quinoa Porridge
  1. Place macadamias in bowl and chop at speed 5 for 3 seconds

    Add Quinoa Flakes, coconut, water, coconut milk & vanilla

    Cook at 90 degrees for 6 minutes on reverse speed 2

    Add chopped Banana and cook for another 3 minutes.

     

    add freshly baked strawberries and a dollop of vanilla bean yoghurt to serve
