- 75 grams organic rolled oats
- 70 grams almonds, pre milled
- 370 grams of water or milk, or both
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 level tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 mashed bananas
- 1/2 heaped teaspoon cinnamon ground
First cook Oats , almonds and liquid for 7 mins on 90 degrees on sp 1 then add the rest of ingredients and mix for 1 min reverse speed soft
