    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place the chillies, garlic, onion and salt in the bowl.
    Mix 30 sec/speed 5 or until it forms a paste.
    Decant into an ice cube tray and freeze.
    Once frozen, place into a ziploc bag.

Accessories you need



- Don't decant into one tupperware (like I did) as it will freeze into one solid mass.
- Instead of washing the bowl, you can use the remaining paste to make a tomato soup.
- Depending on the level of heat you can tolerate you can take out the membranes and seeds.
