    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180'C and grease a ring-shaped cake tin with butter and flour.
  2. Place lemon zest and sugar in the mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10.
  3. Add eggs and mix 30 sec/speed 3.
  4. Add flour, salt, yoghurt and corn oil and mix 1 min/speed 5.
  5. Add baking powder and mix 15 sec/speed 5. Place mixture into prepared cake tin and bake for 30 min (180'C).
  6. Once cool dust with icing sugar and serve.
