Cupcakes

  • 225 grams Butter
  • 225 grams caster sugar
  • 225 grams self rasing flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175. Place 18 paper baking cases in a cupcake tray.

    Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix 20-40 sec/speed 6 until smooth consistency achieved.

    Pour batter into cases and bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove from trays when cooked and leave to cool for 5 mins.
