- 4 eggs
- 400 g sugar
- 385 g plain flour
- 205 g Corn Flour
- 350 g milk, Cold
- 160 g Unsaltedbutter, Cold
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preheat the oven 180 °C. Grease a cake tin (regular size) and line up with baking paper.
Insert the butterfly in the mixing bowl, place the egg whites into the mixing bowl and whisk 4min/speed 5 or until stiff reserve in the medium bowl when is read.
Place all restante ingredients into the mixing bowl 4.3min/speed4. Transfer the prepared in the eggs whisked mixer and with carefully fold in using spatula, trans into the cake tin, baking for 40min/ 160°C
This looks like too much sugar but this cake isn’t sweet.
