    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead: 2 min/Dough mode.
  2. Put the dough to rest in a bowl for 15 mins covered with a cling film.
  3. Cover a rectangle baking tray with baking paper. Spread the dough and cut it in rectangular pieces of 10cmx5cm approx. Put salt on top and cook for 10 mis at 200'C.
  4. Rest to cool and serve with mousse dips or as a bread substitute.
