  • 3tsp dried yeast
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1tsp salt
  • 630g bakers flour
  • 1 x 80g egg
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe's preparation

    dough
  1. place milk,yeast, heat 1min/37/speed 1

     

    add all remaining except cheese and mix 10sec/speed 7

     

    knead for 2mins/closed lid/interval speed then add cheese and knead for further 2mins,wrap in mat and prove till double in size

     

    knock down and either shape in plait or put in tin and prove again till it's doubled again or reached top tin then brush with egg white mixed with a little water and bake 200 till brown and when tapped sounds hollow approx 30mins
