THERMOMIX ® RECIPE
- 400 grams carrot, Roughly chopped
- 100 grams butter, unsalted, Cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1 level tsp cinnamon, ground
- 160 grams white flour
- 1 level tsp baking powder

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place 500g water in TM bowl and insert simmering basket
Place 400g carrot in basket
Cook 24 min / Varoma / speed 1 (check carrot is fully cooked)
Remove simmering basket using spatula.
Empty water from mixing bowl
Purée carrots in TM bowl 25 sec / speed 4-6 (increasing speed gradually from 4)
Scrape down sides
Chop 100g butter into cubes, add to the TM bowl
Melt 2 mins / 50 C / speed 2
Add eggs and dry ingredients to TM bowl
Mix 30 seconds speed 5
Portion into oiled mini muffin tin (makes approx 30 mini muffins)
Bake at 180C for 15 minutes
