  • 150g water
  • 200g potato, peeled and quartered
  • 100g peas
  • 80g chicken thigh or breast, chopped
  • 40g leeks, white part only
  • 20g milk
  • 20g olive oil
  • 50g baby spinach

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place leeks and potato into TM bowl and chop for 4 seconds/speed 5.

    Add olive oil and saute for 4 minutes/100 degrees/spees 1 MC off.

    Add peas, chicken, baby spinach and water and cook for 10 minutes/100 degrees/soft speed.

    Add milk and puree for 10 seconds/speed 8.
