Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
1. add onion and garlic to bowl and chop 3 seconds, speed 7. scrape down sides. Add oil and sauté 3 min, 100 deg, speed 1.
2. add carrot & celery to bowl and chop 4 seconds, Speed 6. scrape down sides. Cook 3 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1.
3. Add tin tomatoes, thyme and stock
4. Place steam basket into bowl and add mince. Cook 15 minutes, Veroma, speed 1. break up mince with spatula and tip into bowl with other ingredients.
5. Cook 10 minutes 100 degrees speed 1
6. add rinsed Quinoa to sauce
7. Cook 20 minutes 100 degrees speed 1
8. Purée to desired consistency on speed 5.
